If you are talking about converting TO DTS, the only one I know about is the one included in ultimate unwrap. Milk shape may have one, but I am not sure. Blender does have a .dts converter, but it hasn't been worked on since version 2.49. im looking for a FROM DTS.
if Blender has one, can u get me a link please I've been to the blender website, but it seems they have got rid of the links. I've just checked my library, and found the .dts files along with Blender 2.49.

and thank you Ultimate Unwrap can load .dts files. You can save them in various other formats. You may try iDealshare VideoGo which can convert DTS to MP3, AC3, WAV, WMA, AAC, AIFF, RA, AU, etc
It even can convert audio to DTS, or convert video to DTS.
Not the DTS you are looking for ..
Milkshape 3D can export your dts files to other formats with various results(many weird)
Ultimate Unwrap 3D Pro can do the same with some better results(I fix the deformed mesh by re-weighting mesh and bones in Lightwave 3D)
When moving all my customized animated art from dts to fbx I used Ultimate Unwrap 3D Pro. You might need to re-weight bones and mesh if it becomes all twisted.
Those kind of repairs I do in Lightwave 3D and it takes some time to get use to how it works.
Just to test it out in Torque 3D for fun I made a workflow test as such:
1. Export dts -> fbx in Ultimate Unwrap
2. Open the fbx file in Lightwave and remember to do mesh repair so the smooth surface are set anew.
3. re-weigted the bones and mesh if needed in Lightwave 3D
Export fbx -> Collada in Lightwave 3D
4. Dropped the Collada file into the Torque 3D shape folder.
And it worked(100 procent success so far). I had succeeded in taking a dts file and converted it into two files formats(.dae and .fbx) that could be used.
That became my workflow for months when converting my many dts files from the many levels and the game world into fbx(but as mentioned I also tested it with Collada).
So the trick is to work with more than one 3D modelling program.

Hello. I spent some time on this over a year ago and I'm trying to figure out how it worked.
I used Shaper 1.13 to import dts and export dae. I had to modify the converter to import and export dsq animations properly. Shaper's scripts are written in Lua.
Blender loads everything okay, except the dae importer only takes the first material on each mesh. I have to reconnect materials so far but I'd like to eliminate this step. Looks like some work in py is needed. This is a link to the 'General Blender Help' thread on the Blockland forum.

Right at the top there should be links to Blender 2.49b with the DTS exporter preinstalled.(32 bit or 64 bit)
If not- you might be able to find updated links somewhere else on that forum.
It also looks like 'port' is making an importer/exporter for the latest version of blender.
