Under the law, Taylor can apply for release every six months. Taylor killed four men in the mid-1980s in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Even if the Washington County judge approves Taylor’s release request, he would still have to convince judges in Dunn and Eau Claire counties that he was no longer a risk to society. Taylor was found not guilty of the crimes because of mental disease or defect and has been in Mendota for 29 years. One of the victims was from Washington County.

It’s all about 2-5-1progression and it’s quite easy to solo over when you get the 2-5-1 feeling.

In this lesson , let’s practice simple arpeggios which you will use rest of your life to solo gypsy jazz.

It’s basically arpeggios practice so it’s played 4/4 rhythm. But when you use them in your solos , change the rhythm and feeling not to sound boring.

These are the notes I use.

• Cm7・・・C Eb G Bb
• F7・・・F A C Eb
• Bb6・・・Bb D F G
• Ebmaj7・・・Eb G Bb D
• Am7b5・・・A C Eb G
• D7・・・D F# A C Eb(b9)
• Gm・・・G Bb D (E as 6th note)

When you use 6th and 7th notes , your solo becomes more Gypsy-Jazzy.
