Update: You can just use TQvault XL (Both IT and AE) or TQ Caravan XL (AE + Ragnarok Expansion) version that works both on Anniversary Edition and Classic Titan Quest. Much more storage space too!

Now the Titan Quest updated to the Anniversary Edition some mods and utilities are not working with it. Until the TQVault updated to the new version, here is a workaorund on how to run TQVault on the new Titan Quest Anniversary Edition:

Plot Summary: Rokuro is from a family of exorcists who remove the evil Kegare, but his real dream is to be a singer, a soccer player, or anything other than an exorcist. When another exorcist name Benio arrives, Rokura is suddenly inflamed with competitive spirit and decides to put his natural knack to good use. Their rivalry gets more complicated when they both learn they are the destined 'Twin Star Exorcists,' two ultimate fighters fated to marry and create the prophesied child who will eliminate all the Kegare in the world.

1. Locate Titan Quest Anniversary Edition folder. “C:GamesTitan Quest – Anniversary Edition” for GOG release, “C:SteamsteamappscommonTitan Quest Anniversary Edition/” for Steam.
2. Create file named “Tqit.exe” in there. Copy Tq.exe or create new empty file – it doesn’t need to really be executable, just needs to be there.
3. Find “Text” folder, and copy it’s contents into “Resources” folder.
4. Turn off autodetection in TQ Defiler config file (as described in PDF readme) and point it at “Titan Quest Anniversary Edition” folder for both games.
5. Profit!
